When you arrive, our friendly front desk associate will help you with the check-in process. We will then take a series of x-rays, photos, and a digital scan with our iTero Lumina scanner so that Dr. Bridgette Brooks will have all of the information needed to make a diagnosis. Dr. Brooks will then perform a thorough examination to evaluate your orthodontic needs.
During this visit, Dr. Brooks will explain your treatment options and address any questions you may have, ensuring that you feel well-informed and confident about the next steps. Our aim is to ensure that your first visit is seamless and reassuring, setting the stage for a positive and successful orthodontic experience.
Warm Welcome and Initial Check-In

Diagnostic Records
In order to give Dr. Brooks a complete picture of your orthodontic needs, we will take diagnostic records. This includes study models of your teeth, panoramic and cephalometric radiographs, and an analysis to determine the best treatment approach.
Purpose of the Initial Examination
The initial examination is designed to address essential questions regarding your orthodontic needs. We will discuss any existing issues, the best time to initiate treatment, the recommended type of treatment, its duration, and the associated costs.
Understanding the Cost
The cost of treatment varies depending on the complexity of your case. During your visit, we will discuss the fees and payment options. We offer flexible plans and accept most insurance assignments to ensure that orthodontic care is affordable.
Investment Details
The cost of your investment includes orthodontic records, comprehensive treatment with braces or Invisalign®, all necessary appliances, office visits, and procedures. At the end of the treatment, you will receive a set of final retainers, and there will be a replacement fee for any lost or broken retainers. Additional costs may apply for treatments outside our practice or unexpected complications.
