Dr. Brooks and her team are wonderful! Dr. Brooks always takes the time to answer my questions, explain things and ensure that my expectations are realistic but also offering alternatives, where applicable. I have treated at a couple of other places and would highly recommend Dr. Brooks. The location is beautifully decorated and I feel very comfortable in her care.

I absolutely love going here! Every person in the office is so friendly and I never felt like I was being judged at all for my smile. I’ve been doing Invisalign for almost 2 years, and I don’t feel like I am being rushed to finish my treatment. I really appreciated that Hiser offers payment plans without interest, as I was also planning my wedding at the same time when I started. Although, I was only 7 months into my Invisalign journey at my wedding, I was so incredibly happy with how my smile looked in my photos. Hiser was kind enough to remove my attachments for my wedding day. My results so far have been life changing. My confidence has grown, and I’ve been able to make more money in my career, so it has been a very worthy investment.

Called about getting my permanent retainer taken out and they got me in within the hour! I was met by Brooke at the front counter who was very present and prompt! Not to mention welcoming! I was in and out within 20 minutes. 10/10 recommend getting your teeth straightened by Hiser orthodontics!

Going for a visit is an entire experience. I’ve been going to the Alpharetta office for a year and a half, and the orthodontist assistants are all young, thin, and very pretty; they all look like models. They are friendly, open, fun and either they are really kind or very professional especially Cassy. Dr. Hiser is very friendly, rich and single. His son just graduated from Stanford and he has a big house in Milton. Some of Dr. Hiser staff have worked with him for 20 years, and the dental assistants say they don’t want to leave.

Where do I even start? I had an unsuccessful previous experience with another orthodontist. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr. Hiser exceeded my expectations. I just finished my full treatment of Invisalign under his care and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout my entire treatment. They were always so attentive, kind, and able to assist with any concerns I had. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I’m so happy with my results.
